In a pan add oil after it is heated add seasoning
When they start splattering add turmeric powder, dried red chilly and hing
Now add tomatoes which are cut length wise
Add little salt and allow to cook
When they start to release oil add adequate amount of water, salt, red chilly powder and allow to boil
When it ia done add finely chopped coriander and serve hot with rice
Many of them have this directly as it ia good for digestion
